· Cost Optimization: Analyze market trends and supplier performance to negotiate favorable terms and pricing. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality or Halal compliance.

· Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and production teams to manage stock levels efficiently. Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize waste and overstock.

· Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the quality control team to inspect and verify the quality and Halal compliance of incoming materials. Address and resolve any quality issues with suppliers promptly.

· Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier evaluations. Prepare regular reports on procurement metrics, cost analysis, and compliance status.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as production, quality assurance, and finance to ensure alignment of procurement activities with business goals.

· Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements in procurement practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
