  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Purpose:

The role’s objective is to accurately consolidate data in M3 system for Finished Goods, Consumables & Man Hours of Operation team.

Job Role:

Finished Goods

  • Control & Verify the transfer of Finished Goods between Production output & Warehouse Inventory.
  • Do periodical stocks take for Finished Goods transfer vs Inventory.
  • Accurate data keeping for all Finished Goods related matters.

Consumables

  • Correctly consolidate all consumables data Vs. actual usage by MO.
  • Control & Verify month end stocks take data for consumables.
  • Ordered indirect consumables required by Production Team.
  • Ordered and prepare all stationary required by Operation team.

Man hours

  • Keep record of all operation team Man Hours.

Reporting

  • Provide reports as required (K2, Finance Report)
  • Provide month end closing report timely basis.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any fields
  • Experience in running and review report through any MRP / ERP system
  • At least 3 years of clerical work experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,400.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
