- Responsible to Create Flm ticket and monitor MBB Flm or email.
- Responsible to Handling log call from customer and provide feedback with eta for Flm.
- Responsible to Monitor and update MBB EEST for Flm.
- Responsible to resolve all Pending resolved Flm ticket in IMS after verify error with ATMC or System Lease Line.
- Responsible to Monitor and update CIMB in PVIM for Flm
- Responsible for Monitor and update AMBANK in PVIM / MCS for Flm.
- Gross can up to RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 (Including basic pay + allowance + overtime)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
