Job description

Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to users of the company's software products via email, phone, and chat.
Offering technical guidance, training and explanation to users on products or services to help customer use them effectively.
Collaborating closely with technical teams, development teams, etc., to collectively address complex technical issues.
Document clear,detailed techinical issues, and resolutions for user and team reference.
Ensuring the security and confidentiality of user information and sensitive company data.
Dealing with urgent technical issues to ensure the smooth operation of company operations.
Follow up with clients to garnered feedback for service improvements.

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:

Candidates must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply.
Required language(s): Proficient in Mandarin and English.
Have basic knowledge on how to use Outlook, Google Sheets, and Excel.
Good administrative and computer literacy skills.
6 days’ work week (3 shift based)
Able to work on rotational shift
Related work experience in Customer Service field/IT Support will be an advantage.
Has a strong sense of responsibility, independence, and customer friendly.
Possess the right attitude with willingness and humility to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Benefits:
