Job Responsibilities:
- Unleash your creativity in designing EDMs for internal staff and in planning exciting activities and initiatives to boost employee morale in the company
- Boost your stakeholder management and networking skills by assisting with vendor relationship and managing Task ID creations
- Drive seamless collaboration between key stakeholders to attract and hire top talent with efficiency and speed (i.e. schedule interviews).
- Create a positive onboarding experience by ensuring all required documents are prepared and ready for a smooth start.
- Oversee pre-employment background checks and verification processes to ensure compliance and transparency.
- Facilitate internal fit and proper checks for sales-related employees ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Partner closely with regional stakeholders to manage the office’s financial budget and effectively handle chargebacks across multiple entities.
- Take full ownership in enhancing the onboarding and offboarding process, with the autonomy to innovate and improve employee satisfaction.
- Assist to process employees’ rewards (i.e TicMe).
- Manage the end-to-end off-boarding process (Lodge IT tickets, sending off-boarding checklist).
- Assist with the printing of staff pass for new joiners.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder in related fields
- Enjoys learning and being detail oriented with tasks on hand
- Creative and explorative learning/ working style to learn on the job
- Meticulous with documentations, able to work with several stakeholders
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
