Sales & Marketing Executive

Join our team as a Sales & Marketing Executive, supporting the sales process through scheduling, coordinating promotional materials, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. If you’re detail-oriented and proactive, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the sales team’s activities by managing schedules, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with departments on sales-related tasks.
• Ensure the adequacy and readiness of sales-related materials and equipment, including preparation and organization of promotional materials or events.
• Develop and maintain effective file systems to keep accurate sales records, prepare reports, and provide necessary sales information to the team and management.
• Enhance sales productivity by arranging customer appointments, supporting sales representatives with up-to-date materials, and streamlining access to resources.
• Respond promptly to urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, addressing customer queries, and coordinating marketing events as needed.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in any field
• At least 2 years experience in sales coordination, marketing, or administrative support (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
