Job description
Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
1. Perform daily store operation; opening and closing.
2. Greet, serve and provide assistance to customers.
3. Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays.
4. Maintain high and positive energy on sales floor.
5. Achieve sales target set by the company.
6. Handle feedback and complaints professionally.
7. Assist in display of merchandise and organizing the sales floor and inventory areas.
8. Perform other ad hoc job as assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
1. Possess good communication skill and self-motivated.
2. Pleasant, friendly, engaging personality and customer oriented.
3. Willing to work during weekend and Public holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
