  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Responsible for achieving targeted workshop productivity, efficiency, and labour sales through effective utilization of 3-in-1 as a management tool.
  • Responsible for the handover of vehicle to Service Advisor with all customer request duly attended as promised.
  • Responsible for planning the daily workshop loading, scheduling and systematic allocation of repair orders to respective team leaders.
  • Liaise with the respective team leaders in identifying the training needs and selection of suitable technician for the respective technical training programs.
  • Ensure efficient warranty administration, strict compliance to warranty policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Initiate regular meeting/discussion/report on job distribution, handover and other related operational problems to achieve high degree of customer satisfaction.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior when required.
