Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate Construction Activities: Oversee daily site operations and ensure adherence to the project plan.
Monitor Progress: Track and adjust progress to meet project deadlines.
Supervise Staff: Manage and coordinate site workers and subcontractors.
Implement Safety Standards: Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe work environment.
Conduct Inspections: Regularly check for quality and compliance with standards.
Manage Budget: Control site expenditures and manage financial aspects.
Allocate Resources: Ensure availability and efficient use of materials and equipment.
Liaise with Stakeholders: Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other parties.
Prepare Reports: Document project progress, site logs, and other necessary reports.
Address Issues: Solve problems and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of site activities and incidents.
Ensure Environmental Compliance: Adhere to environmental regulations and manage waste.
Handle Client Requests: Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction.

Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Property Development/Real Estate management, or equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Possess good C&S and M&E knowledge.
Applicants must be willing to work in Senai.
Preferably, Managers specializing in property development background

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
