JOB DETAILS :
Position: Clerk, Group Documentation & Operations
Company Industry: Fleet leasing & Management Services
Working Hours: Mon – Fri (9AM – 6PM)
Working Location: Avenue 10, The Vertical, Bangsar South City, No. 8, Jalan Kerinchi, 59200 Kuala Lumpur
Working Duration: 3 Months Contract with PERSOLKELLY (Conversion into permanent depends on performance)
Remuneration: Basic (RM1,650) + RM300 (COLA) (Based on experience & qualification) statutory contribution & leave entitlement.
Tentative start date: Immediately
WHO CAN APPLY?
- Diploma holder or minimum 2 years of related working experience for SPM holder
- Good in spoken & written English
- Computer literate
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as comprehensive training will be provided
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Arrange for signing of Agreement
- Release cheques to supplier, hirers or lessees.
- Follow-up on pending items for post-execution.
- Follow-up on the factoring documents from clients for issuance of letter.
- Ad-hoc assignments and other responsibilities delegated by the supervisor from time to time.
