Stall Supervisor (Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru)

Key Responsibilities:

• Food Quality and Service Standards:
• Ensure all food items meet established quality standards and are presented attractively.
• Handle customer feedback promptly and effectively to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stall Operations:
• Oversee stall cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels, implement cost control measures, and achieve sales targets.
• Daily Operations Management:
• Supervise daily stall operations, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent customer service.
• Coordinate internal communication among team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Product Development:
• Develop new products and menu items to enhance the stall's competitiveness and attract new customers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum SPM or it's equivalent
• Preferably 3 years experience in F&B industry and possess F&B management skills.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role in food service or retail is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work on rotational shift, overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
