- Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of working experience in marketing or event planning
- Detailed, able to prepare evaluation and monitoring documents
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills as well as presentation/public speaking skills
- Good command of spoken and written Mandarin and English
- A fast learner and able to multi-task
- Able to work independently as well as being a team player
