Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and follow up with existing international customers. (70% account & client management relationship, 30 % new business sales)
Manage all aspects of the export process, from order confirmation to shipment and post-sale support.
Generate sales leads and quotes for international customers.
Prepare and process all necessary export documentation.
Resolve customer issues related to export orders.
Meet monthly KPIs and targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Conduct market research to identify new and potential overseas markets for our products.
Ensure timely completion of payment collections.

Requirements:

The candidate must possess at least a diploma in Marketing, Sales, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) export industry.
Results-oriented with a proactive approach to inquiries and follow-ups.
Excellent communication and business development skills.
Self-driven, highly organized, and able to multitask effectively.
Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage as need to support China market
