Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment of overdue balances.
- Review account statuses to make informed decisions regarding the approval of sales orders.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to unpaid invoices.
- Conduct credit evaluations for new clients and regularly assess credit for existing ones.
- Collaborate with department heads to review aged balances and follow up on actions taken.
- Prepare and send monthly account statements and reminders to customers.
- Identify and report any problematic customers, implementing strategies to reduce bad debt.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Ensure timely and accurate application of cash to customer accounts.
- Generate monthly reports on collection achievements for management.
- Prepare and submit monthly customer rebates and refunds.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of a diploma or equivalent.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in credit control, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with an analytical mindset.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Quick learner capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,600.00 - RM5,200.00 per month
