The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, handling sales orders, and performing various other administrative duties related to e-invoicing. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Download daily purchase orders from the Business-to-Business (B2B) portal and ensure accuracy of data.
- Enter sales orders, check for stock availability, and notify suppliers of any out-of-stock items to revise purchase orders as needed.
- Coordinate supplier delivery booking slots to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Process and enter returns forms into the system, ensuring all information is recorded accurately.
- Download and organize documents from the B2B portal, including returns and supplier claims.
- Consolidate and maintain packing lists for Point of Sale Materials (POSM).
To be successful in this role:
- Candidates must at least have a Bachelor’s Degree certification in Business Administration, Accounting, or any equivalent field.
- Proficiency in English, with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in using Excel for data entry and basic reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in an administrative or invoicing role is a plus.
