Role Description
This is a 3rd Party contract position on-site role for Customer Service and Sales at Maxis Centre Sunway Pyramid, Selangor. The role involves providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and enhancing the overall customer experience on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills
- Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Fast leaner
Ability to work with sales targets and meet performance metrics.
Additional Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
