Mechanical Design Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop customized design solutions.
• Utilize SolidWorks software to create detailed mechanical designs for cleanroom and industrial equipment, assembly jigs and fixtures.
• Ensure designs meet technical specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Generate 2D drawings and 3D models for customer presentations and proposals.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure smooth transition from design to manufacturing.
• Provide technical support and expertise to the sales team during client meetings and presentations.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in sheet metal fabrication and related industries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in sheet metal fabrication or related manufacturing industries.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
