Job Functions:
1. Branch based sales
2. Penetrate branch walk in clients & branch database clients
3. High net worth clients
4. Work closely with LG (lead generator) to provide warm leads
5. Mobilized and willing to travel
Key Roles:
1.Market and sell a wide range of SLMA/SLMT Products suitable to client's needs.
2. To achieve individual sales target and contribute towards the achievement of the branch target.
3. To provide professional advice and appropriate financial products based on bank client needs.
4. Work with Branch Manager (BM) and Banca Business Manager (BBM) to ensure sales activities are in line with business direction.
5. To ensure client satisfaction and provide excellent service after sales.
6. To plan promptly on all leads and follow up activities.
7. Review performance with Branch Manager.
8. Responsible to ensure licensing and CPD requirement is met prior to selling SLMA/SLMT Products.
Requirements:
1. Qualification: Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in ant field.
2. Insurance Licensing: PCIL or TBE - Part A & C (Full License)
3. Experience/Knowledge: 3 years of working experience in insurance/takaful sales, with good sales track records, Trip Qualifier.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Commission pay
