We are looking for a dynamic and experienced recruiter to join our team, working closely with fellow recruiters to identify top talent from internships to senior-level positions focusing on Technology sector related positions.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with fellow recruiters to develop and implement innovative global sourcing strategies within the Technology sector;

  • Carry out direct sourcing and complex searches from internships to senior positions and work on strategic or niche roles;

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the recruitment practices and sourcing channels (job boards, social media groups, community forums, etc.) of your target markets;

  • Screen CVs, conduct interviews and schedule candidates for interviews

  • Create candidate pipelines for hard to find skills;

  • Participate in graduate hiring, career fairs, and assessment centers as needed;

  • Provide regular reporting to the Recruitment Manager about the status of hiring supported by recruitment data on a weekly basis.

Who you are:

  • You have 3-5 years of experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle

  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experienced in handling business unit/stakeholder/internal client.

  • Experienced is technical and non-technical hiring

  • You're adaptable and proficient in using various recruitment tools and platforms.

  • Have good market insight and business knowledge

  • You excel in candidate management, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
