Monday-Thursday Work Remotely (flexible and need to be contactable)
Daily Task Work Remotely (1-2 hours)
- Register student, update student database
- Update payment status and issue receipts
- Reply to whatsapp messages on company number
Friday 6-10pm, Sat & Sun 9am-6pm Work at Brainbow Office USJ Taipan
- Undertaking reception duties including answering telephone and responding to enquiries where appropriate
- Undertaking general financial administration, payments, credit card and bank reconciliation
- Front Desk during class hours.
- Assist in the upkeep of contact records, including student and staff
- First point of contact with customers. To maintain good record keeping and monitor and process payments
- Responsible for the welfare of students including direct contact with parents/guardian
- Work with Sales and Marketing, follow up on Leads, and close sales
- To handle all sales orders (website, e-commerce,direct sales,walk in sales)
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Professional Certificate or a Degree.
- Highly motivated with good personality. Friendly and warm.
- Demonstrates accountability and responsible to work independently
- Able to contribute to team effort by assisting in duties of other departments,
- Well versed in Microsoft Office and Google Sheet
- Excellent communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (able to speak another local dialect will be an added advantage).
- At least 2 year(s) working experience in a school or in a related field is required for this position.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM800.00 per month
Expected hours: 16 – 26 per week
