This is a full-time on-site role located in Empire City, Damansara Pardana for a Network Operations Center (NOC) position at MY E.G. Services Berhad. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as troubleshooting, network administration, and providing technical support.

Job Description

  • Responsible for end-to-end service qualification including but not limited to Traffic QOS Monitoring, Manual Phone testing, and Route Adjustment.
  • Capable of performing Fault Analysis and troubleshooting through the support portal.
  • Correspond with customers and provide updates in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Coordinate with customers to facilitate an efficient troubleshooting process.

Qualifications

  • Network Operations Center (NOC) and Network Administration skills
  • Troubleshooting and Technical Support expertise
  • Experience in Computer Network Operations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of network security protocols
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Able to work in shift mode, 24 x 7 operation (Shift on rotation basis).
  • Strong knowledge in Voice over IP (VoIP), networking, Data networks.
