Inspector of Works (REF:ZL)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Performing Site Supervision Ensuring the Contractor’s works carried out according to Standard
• Specification in according to Engineering Practice.
• Experience in Bore Piles Constructions, Diaphgrams walls, Basement excavations will be advantage.
• Coordinate, check, monitor and proper recording in all works progress stages as per Consultant and Client’s Standard.
• He/ She shall also require to Perform on-site inspection works, across multiple sites ensuring works is carried out as per approved Method Statements and any other approval and/ or instruction from consultants.
• Monitor and supervise works progress at site according to schedule, prepare report on site progress and / or condition to superior upon request.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants and Developer’s representative to resolve technical issues at site attend all necessary meetings and report daily site activity upon request.
• Ensuring compliance with site Safety, Health and Environmental requirements. 8. Keep, maintain and archived site documents, records and reports as required.
• Any others duties as and when required by superiors.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Civil and Structure Engineering or Equivalent
• Registered as Graduate Engineer and/ or Inspector of Works with Board Of Engineer Malaysia.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, high rise with basements projects.
• Familiar with modern construction terminology, materials and site construction working system.
• Dynamic and high integrity and able to work long hours.
• Experience in dealing with local Authority, especially DBKL and MBPJ during constructions.
• Able to write, communicate via WhatsApp, Email and general correspondence.
• Able to sketch and draft in ACAD drawings.
• Willing to work on Saturday.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
