The role involves working within a team that supports the delivery of BEPS 2.0 projects across ASEAN, accelerating go-to-market engagement, and fostering strong collaboration across service lines and markets. You will help to drive technical excellence and innovation and leverage best practices across ASEAN while working together with local teams to bring the best of EY to clients.

Responsibilities
As a Manager/Senior Manager in the ITTS team, you will be:
- Lead BEPS-related advisory projects, including the analysis of tax structures and the development of tax strategies to align with BEPS 2.0 Pillar Two rules.
- Advise clients on the implications of BEPS 2.0 on their current and future business operations and tax planning.
- Assist in the preparation and review of Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR), Master File, and Local File documentation in compliance with BEPS 2.0 requirements.
- Monitor global tax developments related to BEPS 2.0 and advise clients on the potential impact of changes in legislation.
- Collaborate with transfer pricing teams to ensure that pricing policies are BEPS 2.0 -compliant and reflect arm's length principles.
- Conduct risk assessments for multinational enterprises to identify areas of non-compliance with BEPS 2.0 regulations.
- Develop and deliver training programs on BEPS 2.0 -related topics for clients and internal staff.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional advisory services and demonstrating expertise in international tax and BEPS 2.0.
- Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.
- Manage and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
To qualify for the role you must have
- A bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of work experience in international tax, tax advisory or a related field
- A professional qualification in tax and/or some client facing experience from a professional services background
- Inbound and outbound transaction consulting with international tax research, planning and compliance experience and/or tax due diligence, deal structuring, and post-acquisition planning experience.
- Ability to succinctly and clearly communicate complex tax concepts to clients
