- Research, develop and execute lead generation and e-commerce campaigns on Google AdWords, Facebook and other digital platforms
- Analyse campaign data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Conceptualise and create engaging content that will build a community and elevate our brand
- Proactively test new ideas and different messaging to find the secret recipe for effective communication with our audience
- Set up tracking to monitor performance of campaigns and traffic to landing pages and website
- Work alongside sales team to boost lead performance Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Min 1-2 years in performance marketing (SEM)
- Experienced in Google Adwords and Facebook paid ads.
- Background in lead generation is an advantage
- Analytical skills and numerically inclined is a MUST.

- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel is a plus
- Experience in B2B industries a plus
