Job Responsibilities :
- Focusing diligently on voice channels to swiftly address customer queries and take ownership of their concerns
- Striking the perfect balance between customer requirements and business objectives,
showcasing your skills in sales and marketing techniques
- Expertly articulating and presenting information about our products while professionally
managing high inquiry volumes
- Embracing accountability for individual KPIs and working cohesively towards team goals
- Mastering business strategies to enhance customer services, guiding clients toward efficient self-service solutions
- Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and actively collaborating
with our Team Leaders and Managers
- Upholding the utmost integrity and confidentiality standards by safeguarding customer
information at all times
Requirements:
- SPM/Diploma/Degree with minimum 1 year Customer Service / Call Centre experiences.
- Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role? That's a big plus!
- Strong proficiency in Mandarin (speak, read and write)
- Good command of English or Bahasa Malaysia to round out your communication abilities
- Prefer candidate who are able to join Immediately and willing to work on Rotation Shift.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
