Sales Executive/Engineer

Job Description

· Responsible for the marketing and securing the spun pile orders for projects in Malaysia and overseas.

· Securing the contract with the best possible profit margin for the company

· Servicing and assisting clients, contractors and consultants on technical matters and to provide customer services by providing on-time delivery, attend any customer feedbacks with the assistance from Technical Services Department.

· Proper documentation to be carried out prior to the commencement of delivery in terms of

-Credit application and securities

-Planning on production and delivery schedules with factories to ensure smooth delivery

- Final approval from the Managing Director

· Monitor the delivery status of projects undertaken by individual sales staff, in order to achieve the sales delivery target.

· For overseas projects, to plan and coordinate with Production and Logistics Department with the transporters, ship owners, port operators, forwarding agents, insurers and the relevant authorities.

· Monitor the line of credit for each project/client to avoid exceeding the credit limit.

· Coordinate the collection of payment of customers and update the accounts and credit control department.

Other duties

· Provide assistance as requiredin any area other area within CEPCO organization

· To perform any other tasks which may be assigned by Management from time to time.

· To assist in any other matters, as and when is required

Requirement

Minimum diploma in any related field.

2 years experience in sales is preferable.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
