  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

Trainer – Guest Excellence Leader* is responsible for leading the training and development programs focused on guest service excellence. This role ensures that all employees deliver outstanding customer service, following company standards. The Trainer will design, implement, and evaluate training sessions, ensuring a consistent and exceptional guest experience across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • *Training Development & Delivery:*

Develop and conduct training programs on guest service excellence for new hires, current staff, and management trainees.

  • *Guest Service Standards:*

Ensure all team members understand and follow guest service protocols, maintaining a high standard of hospitality and customer satisfaction.

. Qualifications:

  • experience in guest service training, preferably in the food & Beverage
  • Minimum 2-5 years experience in guest service
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire others to deliver excellent service.
  • Experience in developing and implementing training programs.
  • Ability to assess and improve service quality.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor teams Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in customer service leadership roles.
  • Ability to adapt training styles to different learning needs
