Construction Management tasks are:
Site Management
• Direct interface with construction company site Managers
• Interfacing with Client’s consultant deputies on site
• Coordination and Verification of the construction company submissions and its subcontractors
• Supervise that the work is carried out as per design
• Control and verification of the origin and quality of the materials and their compliance to the design
and current regulations
• Verify the execution of the inspections and testing activities
• Control and supervision of compliance with the time schedule presented by sub-contractors
• Coordinating all site management and construction activities with the aim to respect the project
milestones
• Verifications for the applications of the requested quality standard, responsibility on the quality results
for all activities of the project
• Ensuring the fulfillment of requested results
• Generating/updating the documentation object of the Supply
• Producing, maintaining updated and submit to Leonardo Civil Works Program Manager:
• Minutes of Meeting
• Weekly Reports
• Action Item List
• Schedule update
• Work in progress
• Deviation/recovery from the project status
• Milestone certification
• Participation in Customer’s CW Program Manager and Final Client Meetings and reviews.
• Fulfilling the activities related to the Supply guarantee in the times dictated by the needs of the program
and in compliance with the planning of the same, in order not to compromise contractual milestones
defined by Leonardo S.p.A.
