Responsibilities
- Drive sales/marketing campaigns to increase sales production and other activities;
- Develop new products and work with insurance providers for the best product proposition;
- Responsible for joint marketing & providing technical advice in improving business and providing a comprehensive solution to client financial needs; Responsible for all the administrative and operation works related to Banca Business (i.e.
- up cases, reporting etc.);
- Conduct product training, briefing and coaching to BCB sales staff;
- Builds and maintains business relationship with existing and new customers to ensure the client retention and cross sell opportunities.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent
- Preferably 3 to 5 years' experience in marketing or business development for General Insurance Industry
