Job Title: Technical Quality Assurance (TQA) Specialist - BSS Project
Role Overview:
The Technical Quality Assurance (TQA) Specialist in a Business Support Systems (BSS) project ensures the quality, reliability, and performance of the software and systems developed to support business processes. The TQA Specialist collaborates closely with development teams, project managers, and stakeholders to create and execute comprehensive test plans, identify defects, and guarantee that BSS solutions meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance Implementation:
- Lead the implementation of customer quality objectives and oversee the execution of the Quality Assurance Plan within the BSS project.
- Testing & Audits:
Perform various testing types, including functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT) on BSS applications.
- Documentation & Reporting:
Lead the preparation and delivery of quality assurance documentation, ensuring all test results and processes are well-documented.
- Site Inspections & Audits:
Act as the primary point of contact for conducting internal and external site inspections and audits related to quality and safety.
- Defect Management:
Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools, ensuring timely resolution.
- Adherence to Best Practices:
Promote and ensure compliance with QA best practices, standards, and methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Process Improvement:
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to continuously enhance the quality assurance process and overall project outcomes.
