  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Mantissa College invites applications for the position of ODL Expert to advise on strategies for the implementation and improvement of our ODL-Open Distance Learning Programme in Business and Digital Marketing (Diploma / Degree) Faculty. The ideal candidate will be a thought leader in digital learning and education technologies, providing insights that shape our educational practices and enhance student outcomes.

Job Scope:

  • Strategic Advising: Advise on strategies for ODL implementation and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and educational standards.
  • Trends & Innovations: Provide insights on best practices, trends, and innovations in online education, helping the institution stay ahead in the digital learning landscape.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with educational standards and accreditation requirements for ODL programmes, conducting regular audits and evaluations.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with academic and technical teams to enhance digital learning experiences, providing guidance on technology integration and instructional design.
  • Professional Development: Support the professional development of faculty and staff in the area of ODL, offering workshops and training sessions on effective online teaching practices.

Requirements:

  • Master’s or PhD in Education or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Open Distance Learning systems and programme management, with a strong track record of successful implementations.
  • Expertise in digital learning technologies and instructional strategies, with an understanding of current trends in online education.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to guide ODL enhancements and facilitate collaboration.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
