Overview
- Head of FI's and Non FI's, owns and drives all strategic imperatives and business development initiatives with Digital & merchant partnerships, Govt engagements in addition to growing acceptance and acquiring revenue for the country.
- This position (Associate Analyst - Acceptance & Merchant Partnerships) reports to the Devesh Kuwadekar, VP & Head FI and under the leadership of the Country Manager, Malaysia & Brunei. The Malaysia team is responsible for driving Mastercard's business expansion initiatives and partnership programs across all issuers.
Role
This position is responsible for:
1Weekly and Monthly Reports• Extract data from MyMPA to draft and include details in customised reports as required by Market Dev and Accounts team regularly
- Regular use of Analytic Portal (ER) to compile reports based on specific requirements and required formats
- Prepare the monthly Contactless report from Analytic Portal with segmentation by merchant categories, merchants etc.
- Convert the ER reports to Excel and run a statistic reports on debit & credit and share the same with team
- Develop and prepare the MDES transactions data for the country Mkt Dev tracking
- Regular CUBE reports for the team to track declines and approvals
- Cross checker for the claims submitted for the rest of the team prepared by other team members
- All hard copies filed and documented for audit
- Control of the Meal Logs for half the entire team
- Maintain a separate log (each) for every team on the expenses
- All Vivo requests and ups post gathering all details
- Registration of new vendors and suppliers for procurement
- Processing of related payments for internal approvals

- Good understanding of Mastercard reporting platforms, compliance and data base management systems

- Skilled at reporting and gathering insights from granular data in order to influence decision making
