Cafe Manager| Eco Grandeur, Puncak Alam

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Oversees and manages customer interactions to ensure satisfaction.
• Handles customer complaints and resolves issues promptly and professionally.
• Trains and develops staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers.

Operations Management:

• Manages daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and seating arrangements.
• Ensures smooth service delivery and maintains high-quality standards.
• Monitors food and beverage quality and presentation.
• Controls costs and maximizes profitability.
• Implements and enforces restaurant policies and procedures.

Team Leadership:

• Leads and motivates the restaurant floor team to achieve goals.
• Provides training, coaching, and development opportunities for staff.
• Conducts performance reviews and provides feedback.
• Resolves conflicts and maintains a positive work environment.
• Handles disciplinary actions as needed.

Financial Management:

• Controls labor costs and assist in manages payroll.
• Monitors inventory levels and food costs.
• Handles cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Prepares daily and weekly reports on sales and labor costs.

Health and Safety:

• Ensures compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Maintains a clean and safe restaurant environment.
• Conducts regular safety inspections.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in restaurant management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software.

Additional Requirements:

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Physical ability to lift and carry items.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
