Responsibilities:
- Schedule and release orders for shipment according to internal policy and customer requirements with SAP
- Facilitate interaction between customers and internal stakeholders eg sales offices, dealers, Special Orders teams and manufacturing facilities across APAC
- Verify and maintain records and documentation on incoming or outgoing shipping documents eg. packing list, Bill of Lading (BL), shipping permit etc
- Provide excellent customer service to our external customers
- Receive, prioritize, and process customer orders
- Investigates and resolves complex customer enquiry Manage post-sales quality and warranty issues
Requirements:
Candidate must have:
- Experience in preparing full import and export shipping documents. Familiar with different Incoterms.
- Proficiency in writing and speaking in English
- Sound judgement in processing and evaluating Information to determine compliance with standards Comfortable to be on stand-by during Malaysia public holidays to avoid business disruption
We would have greatly preferred someone who is also have below criteria:
- Exposure in similar Business Services, Forwarding company or Shipping industry
- Good planning, organizing and prioritizing works
- Establish and maintain relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working on shipping terms with SEA customers
- Have at least 2 years working experience
