Job Description:

As a Human Resources Development Specialist, you’ll manage our HR tasks while helping us attract and retain the best talent. You’ll also play a key role in promoting SuamiSihat as a top place to work, while ensuring our internal culture stays positive and productive.

Key Responsibilities:

- HR Administration: Handle everyday HR tasks such as employee records, payroll, and benefits, while ensuring we comply with employment regulations.

- Talent Acquisition & Retention: Plan and execute strategies to recruit and retain talented individuals who share our mission and values.

- Employer Branding: Help promote SuamiSihat as a great place to work, ensuring we stand out to potential candidates.

- Internal Culture: Support and develop our company culture to keep it positive, inclusive, and aligned with SuamiSihat’s goals.

- Employee Engagement: Organize activities and programs to keep our team motivated and engaged.

- Learning & Development: Help plan and implement training programs to support employee growth and development.

- Performance Management: Oversee performance reviews and ensure employees receive the feedback and support they need.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HR or a related field.

- Skills: Good communication, HR administration, recruitment, and culture-building skills.

- Fit: A team player with a passion for SuamiSihat’s mission and the ability to build a supportive and high-performing work environment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
