Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • At least 4-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Candidates must have at least 1-2 years experience managing junior team members.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Mayang,Petaling Jaya.
  • Applicants must have own transport for work travels.

Job Descriptions

  • Recruitment Planning: Maintain an up-to-date recruitment statistics to prioritize staffing needs.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Plan and execute recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, ensuring
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify candidates and build talent pipeline by using job boards, social media, and networking with educational institutions, career events and government bodies.
  • Internal Collaboration: Build relationships with departments to manage recruitment requisitions effectively and meets the business direction.
  • Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce policies for effective recruitment and employee relations in compliance with legislation.
  • Document Management: Ensure the systematic organization and safekeeping of recruitment and disciplinary documents.
  • HR Issue Communication: Assess and report on HR opportunities and development plans within agreed timelines.
  • Performance Management: Manage recruitment and employee relations functions in line with HR strategies and service agreements.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends in recruitment and employee relations.
  • Industrial Relations Activities: Plan and execute IR activities across all company branches.
  • Employee Support: Address employee inquiries and grievances, ensuring confidentiality and respect.
  • Disciplinary Guidance: Counsel employees on disciplinary matters and conduct related investigations.
  • Official Documentation: Draft official letters for disciplinary actions and maintain related records.
  • Compliance Liaison: Work with government agencies on labor and industrial compliance matters.
  • Performance Tracking: Develop reporting systems to measure recruitment and employee relations performance.
  • Routine Reporting: Generate regular reports on HR activities within agreed formats.
  • Staff Engagement Programs: Design and implement engagement activities and recognition programs to enhance retention.
  • Team Motivation: Foster a positive work environment through team engagement initiatives.
  • Quality Oversight: Ensure high-quality work and provide guidance to junior team members.
  • HR Initiative Implementation: Oversee HR initiatives as directed by management.
  • Task Planning and Communication: Plan and communicate personal tasks and deliverables to team members and leaders.
  • Output Management: Manage the recruitment and employee relations division's output and report to management.
