  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Descriptions:

  • Provide innovative, creative and unique recipes to launch in the market
  • Establish costing information for new and revised formulation.
  • Develop standard processes and procedures (SOP) for new and current products.
  • Monitor quality and sensory evaluation and feedback to management on the results.
  • Prepare, evaluate and record all new products, improvements or cost savings activities reports.
  • Present and explain the R&D activities progress to management.
  • Provide technical solution and troubleshooting during R&D production process.
  • Ensure compliance of R&D activities according to company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), food safety standards and halal standards.
  • Monitor, evaluate and ensure quality of new and current samples and ingredients used according to company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), food safety standards and halal standards.

Job Requirements :

  • Experience in baking is needed for Cakes Division.
  • Preferably candidates has certificate in baking, culinary, hospitality or food studies.
  • Preferably with experience in research & development of new recipe, mass production, central kitchen, Halal and other food safety compliances.
  • Prefers at least 1-3 year(s) of hands-on experience in baking cakes and pastries.
  • 6 working days.
  • Must be willing to work in central kitchen at Taman Mayang, Petaling Jaya.
  • 3 Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
