Job Title: Admin Executive
Department: Property Management
Reports to: Building Manager
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia
Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, with a focus on effective communication and at least 2 years of relevant experience in property management.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative work.
- Assist the Building Manager with various administrative tasks.
- Prepare and distribute minutes of meetings promptly and accurately.
- Respond to emails and inquiries from proprietors regarding complaints, bookings, and other requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
Qualifications & Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within property management or a related field.
- Possesses good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- A proactive attitude, able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
