Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, with a focus on effective communication and at least 2 years of relevant experience in property management.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handle general administrative work.
  • Assist the Building Manager with various administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and distribute minutes of meetings promptly and accurately.
  • Respond to emails and inquiries from proprietors regarding complaints, bookings, and other requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation.

Qualifications & Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within property management or a related field.
  • Possesses good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • A proactive attitude, able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
