Content Creation & Posting:

• Develop engaging, visually appealing, and share-worthy content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Showcase brand messages that resonate with our diverse audiences, focusing on education, community, and growth.

Schedule & Manage Posts:

• Implement and manage a well-planned posting calendar to ensure a consistent stream of content that aligns with peak engagement times.

Community Interaction:

• Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, direct messages, and inquiries to foster community loyalty and brand trust.

Performance Tracking:

• Monitor key performance metrics and trends on each platform, regularly analyzing engagement, reach, and conversion rates to guide content improvements.

Trend & Competitor Analysis:

• Stay updated on social media trends, popular formats, and competitor activities to keep our content relevant and impactful.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing and creative teams to maintain cohesive branding, messaging, and high-quality standards across all platforms.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media content creation, preferably within the education or technology sectors.
• Strong visual and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
• Ability to adapt content based on target audience and current trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
