  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement e-commerce content strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce technologies and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the e-commerce team.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to make data-driven decisions.
  • Enhance customer journey through improved site navigation and personalization.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, paid ads).
  • Drive online sales, optimize conversion rates, and meet revenue targets.
  • Oversee website design, functionality, and content for a seamless user experience.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Operate and manage daily activities on Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, and Shopify platforms.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, Shopify).
  • Familiarity with skincare products is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing tactics (SEO, SEM, social media, email).
  • Experience in optimizing conversion rates and improving the user experience.
  • Market research and competitor analysis skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
