1. Perform daily data entry tasks, updating project-related records and maintaining an organized filing system.
2. Assist in preparing and managing project documents, reports, and timelines.
3. Support the Project Operation Management team with administrative tasks, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
4. Maintain accurate logs of project status updates and any communication between departments.
5. Assist with inventory tracking, purchase orders, and records related to project operations.
6. Organize and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely distribution to relevant team members.
7. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as Data Entry, Customer Service, and Logistics, to support project tasks.
8. Handle general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies.
Requirements:
1. SPM/Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
2. Prior experience in a clerical or administrative role is an advantage.
3. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
5. Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
6. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
