The Opportunity:
  • Investigate internal customer issues related to Workday, reviewing tickets to assess the need for vendor or IT support, while providing business context and exploring solutions.
  • Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts for monthly, bi-yearly, and ad-hoc releases in Workday.
  • Manage employee life cycle processes in Workday, including Tier 1 support, role management changes, and permissions access.
  • Ensure data integrity by performing HRIS process corrections and rescinding actions as necessary based on user roles.
  • Contribute to new process implementations, including training and creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and reference materials.
  • Conduct audits between Workday and the Payroll System to maintain data integrity, and draft proposals for continuous process improvements with the implementation of approved changes.
What you'll need to succeed:
  • Degree with 2-6 years in Shared Services Environment, well verse in Workday and preferably ServiceNow.
  • Experience in 1 or 2 successful end to end Payroll Implementation using PECI.
  • Passionate with both frontline and backend support and has good internalization on HR work processes and customer engagement.
  • Attention to Detail.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcomed as well.
