Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Temporary Secretary to join our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. The Temporary Secretary will be responsible for handling incoming calls, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and performing various clerical duties as needed.

Responsibilities:

- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner

- Manage and organize office files and documents

- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports

- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking

- Coordinate meetings and events as needed

- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
