Assist in preparing presentations, data summaries, and visuals for internal and external meeting- Create and monitor Human Capital dashboard, follow up on outstanding matters relating to Human Capital reporting submission, ensure that deadlines are met on an on-going basis, and any other duties and responsibilities assigned by HODiv.
- Manage and maintain the HODiv’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, arranging detailed travel plans (transportation and logistics), itineraries, and agendas
- Prioritize tasks and ensure timely reminders to keep activities on track.
- Adjust the schedule as necessary to accommodate changing priorities.
- Provide occasional driving support to facilitate local travel when required.
- Manages a variety of administrative responsibilities for the HODiv including but not limited to, preparation for meetings, presentation materials, drafting management papers, talking points, letter of correspondence, and other relevant materials according to strict deadlines, ensuring achievement of agreed objectives
- Liaise with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives and foster clear line of communication.
- Support and involve in the coordination of initiatives organized by the Division and/ or the Corporation in general
- Perform any other related duties as and when required.
- Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality in all matters.
- Ensure data security practices are followed to protect proprietary and personal information.

- REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Business Administration (with Business Analytics or equivalent subject) or relevant discipline fit for this role requirement.
- Minimum seven (7) years relevant working experience in related field.
- Familiarity with creating live dashboard and data visualization tools
- Working experience in Government Agency/ GLC is highly desirable.
- Prior experience supporting senior-level management.
