Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Specialist to join our team and spearhead the promotion and sales of Homes360 Property Management System (PMS) to Joint Management Bodies (JMB), Developers, and Property Management Companies (PMC). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth within the property management industry.
Responsibilities:
Market Research and Target Identification:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients within the property management sector, including JMBs, Developers, PMCs, KPKT, Majlis, and Association.
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to tailor sales strategies effectively.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in JMBs, Developers, and PMCs.
Understand clients' needs and present customized solutions based on the features and benefits of our Property Management System.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
Deliver compelling and engaging presentations showcasing the features and advantages of our PMS.
Conduct live demonstrations to highlight the system's functionalities and address client inquiries.
Collaboration with Marketing and Product Teams:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market trends.
Sales Reporting:
Generate regular sales reports to update the management team on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Utilize data analytic to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Experience record in B2B and B2C sales, preferably in the property management or related technology industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with property management processes and systems is a plus.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales field.
Must be computer literate, proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (both spoken and written) is essential. Strong industry knowledge, familiarity with the Strata Act, effective communication, networking, time management, customer-centrality, and analytical skills are vital for success in the dynamic real estate and technology sectors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
