POSITION - BRANCH MANAGER

LOCATION - BAYAN LEPAS, PENANG

SALARY - RM 7500

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations and lead all departments to ensure daily activities are handled efficiently and effectively.
• Participate in formulating and administering company policies, directing and coordinating all divisional activities to develop and implement long term goals and objective to meet business and profitability growth objective.
• Evaluate business performance productivity and competitiveness by data analysis and reporting.
• To communicate effectively and build relationship with all relevant internal & external stakeholders.
• Hire and train new staff to continuously grow the team size to ensure employee retention.
• Oversee training and employee performance.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor SEA South East Asia.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Management, Logistics or Supply Chain with minimum 5 years of relevant work experiences in Freight Forwarding industry.
• Must have expertise in profitability analysis and budgeting.
• Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• A keen sense of urgency, adaptability, and accountability to strive for excellence in high pressure situations.
• Efficient communication skills, both written and spoken .
• Strong management and leadership skills with the ability to train and develop employees.
