  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Purpose:

Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations at the co-working space by:

  • Managing the front desk, greeting visitors, and addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Processing bookings, maintaining an organized environment, and updating the tenant database.

Foster a positive tenant experience by:

  • Enforcing space policies, promoting a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and assisting tenants with requests.
  • Resolving minor issues efficiently to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional experience for all members.

In This Role You Will:

  1. Maintain the Space: Ensure the co-working environment is consistently neat, organized, and presentable.
  2. Tenant Relations: Support tenants in adhering to the space’s rules and policies with professionalism and courtesy.
  3. Database Management: Keep an accurate and updated database of tenant and membership information.
  4. Front Desk Support: Manage inquiries, welcome visitors, and handle bookings or meeting room reservations.
  5. Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to tenant requests and assist in resolving minor issues to ensure smooth operations.

You're A Great Fit If You Have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Real Estate, Property Management, Business Management, or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with tenants.
  • A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Awareness of property market demand trends, pricing changes, and shifts in market rent.
  • Willing to be stationed in Cyberjaya.
  • This position is temporary for 6 months duration.
