We’re on the hunt for a Senior Executive to join our dynamic Brand Strategy & Communications (BSC) team! If you thrive on creating standout content, building relationships, and driving impactful initiatives, this is your stage. You’ll team up with a top-notch crew, work with various business units, and collaborate with external partners to boost our brand’s presence and reputation.

What You’ll Do

• Corporate Communication & Content Creation: Develop and manage communication plans for all media platforms, create engaging press releases, newsletters, and corporate messaging, and support event management.
• Media Relations & Public Relations, Stakeholder Management: Cultivate solid connections with media and stakeholders, respond swiftly to press inquiries, and manage brand image proactively.
• Award Submissions & Documentation: Prepare and coordinate award submissions with creative agencies, showcasing the best of Sunway Property’s achievements.
• Data, Market & Competitor Analysis: Gather and analyze data on market trends and competitors, leveraging insights to sharpen brand strategy and growth opportunities.
• Brand Guardian: Oversee the corporate website and uphold brand identity across communication channels.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, or related fields, with 5+ years in corporate communications (property/real estate sector a plus).
• Language & Writing: Exceptional English writing and editing, with bonus points for Malay and Chinese proficiency.
• Project Management: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; skilled in coordinating projects across teams.
• Adaptable Go-Getter: Quick to learn, proactive, and confident in guiding junior staff while balancing multiple deadlines.
• Tech-Savvy & Analytical: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a knack for data analysis, and experience in brand and website management (UI/UX knowledge is a plus).
