Senior Marketing / Marketing Executive

Responsibilities : - Collaborate with the Brand Manager on yearly marketing strategy and budgeting. - Develop and implement innovative, brand-aligned marketing campaigns to meet short- and long-term objectives. - Execute marketing and promotional campaigns to drive sales and increase brand visibility. - Identify cost-effective partnerships with media outlets and influencers to enhance brand awareness. - Support creative tasks, including basic design work (Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop). - Ensure brand visuals and product displays are current through regular counter visits. - Coordinate with the Sales Team to maximize the impact of product launches and promotions. Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor actions to inform strategy. - Develop and refine customer profiles and target demographics. - Evaluate campaign performance, focusing on key metrics such as engagement, conversion rates, and ROI. - Utilize data analytics to continuously improve marketing tactics and customer engagement. Requirements : - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Relevant marketing experience, ideally in the cosmetics or beauty industry. - Strong analytical skills with data analysis experience. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
