Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director/CEO, including managing their calendar, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings.
  • Prepare and organize documents and presentations for meetings, ensuring all materials are ready and available.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for the Managing Director/CEO.
  • Serve as a point of contact between the Managing Director/CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed for projects and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing communications, including emails, reports, and correspondence.
  • Participate in the planning and preparation of departmental budgets and expenditures.
  • Support the Managing Director/CEO with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of the executive office and streamlining of processes and procedures.
  • To manage communications and assistance to Board of Directors.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
